The 34th China International Measurement Control and Instrumentation Exhibition (MICONEX 2026) is taking place at the Hefei Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center! MFrontier is presenting an innovative showcase of smart sensing technologies at Booth B104 in the Comprehensive Hall (Hall 2).

A Moment of Glory: Thermopile Array Product Named Among the "Top 10 New Products"!
Exciting news has emerged from the exhibition: MFrontier's latest infrared thermopile array sensor stood out among numerous new products—thanks to its exceptional technological innovation and practical value—to win the MICONEX 2026 "Top 10 New Products" award. This honor serves not only as authoritative recognition of MFrontier’s technical prowess but also as a significant milestone for high-end sensors on the path of independent innovation.

Highlights of Award-Winning New Products

The award-winning infrared thermopile array sensors—available in 32×32 and 48×48 formats as well as combo chipset solutions—utilize an advanced monolithic MEMS+CMOS integration process. They feature a scalable integration of sensing elements arranged in a matrix to form a high-density infrared sensing array. In the industrial sector, these products are widely applied in:
· Online hotspot monitoring of critical nodes in power systems, such as high-voltage switchgear, cable joints, and busbars.
· Lithium-ion battery cell monitoring and photovoltaic module inspection.
· Electrical inspections, equipment maintenance, pipeline and tank inspections, and temperature control for industrial furnaces.
Star Product Lineup
In addition to the award-winning new products, MFrontier showcased several core products designed for instrumentation applications:
· Pyroelectric gas sensors: Industrial safety, toxic and hazardous gas monitoring, environmental monitoring, and energy safety monitoring.
· Pyroelectric flame sensors: Industrial fire safety, furnace combustion monitoring, and oil and gas pipeline monitoring.
· NDIR sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) sensors: Leakage monitoring for GIS equipment and high-voltage switchgear, and power equipment inspection.
The booth attracted keen interest from numerous industry experts, partners, and end-users. Attendees engaged in in-depth discussions regarding topics such as the measured performance of the award-winning array sensors and the practical deployment of industrial gas monitoring solutions.
